Description
Polycyklohexyléndimethylenetereftalátglykolom modifikáný alebo len dovátáný PCTG is a layer from the PETG family. Beneath its silly, long, but sometimes difficult to spell name, it hides an easy-to-use 3D fiber. Compared to PETG, it has higher impact strength and good chemical resistance. The connection between the layers is stronger and the surface of the finished product is cooler. The PCTG layer is also known for its transparency and resistance to high temperatures. It is an excellent choice for pressing mechanical parts, because it can withstand 76 °C without deformation.
Recommended temperature: 250 – 270 °C
Recommended heating pad temperature: 80 – 90 °C
Please note that the temperature range of the printing media may vary slightly depending on the use of other printers.
